EVENT DESCRIPTION
Outside: In 2019 Flooid wanted to move to being Product oriented and I joined as an outside Consultant to design and plan that transformation.
Inside: In August 2020 I moved inside, becoming SVP of Global Engineering, where I’m starting to apply the theory into practice and navigate the challenges of transforming engineering with a full backlog in all areas.
