Come and meet Equal Experts at Mobile World Congress
It’s almost spring, and we all know what that means: it’s time for the movers and shakers of the mobile industry to decamp to Barcelona en masse for Mobile World Congress.
It’s the biggest mobile event of the year, with over 100,000 visitors from 204 countries, 2,300 exhibitors and untold numbers of networking dinners, breakfasts, meetings and parties.
What are we up to?
We’ll be there ourselves, and have got some exciting things lined up. On Tuesday 27th February we’re participating in this year’s Heroes of Mobile podcast on the subject of ‘Smart Cities’ – we’ll be discussing the technology driving the transformation of our cities and what it all means for us as humans (in terms of security, ethics and so on). It’ll be hosted by mobile specialist Helen Keegan and will feature Tech Talk Central’s Vicky Kolovou, Jesse Robbins, CEO of Orion Labs and former ‘Master of Disaster’ at Amazon, Kyle Smith of Mapbox and… me! You’ll be able to listen to it here once it’s published.
On Wednesday 28th, we’re sponsoring one of MWC’s well-established networking sessions, Swedish Beers. It’s a great opportunity to get to meet a wide range of people from across the industry in an informal setting. I’ll be there too, and Equal Experts will also be represented by Co-Founder Ryan Sikorsky and Client Principal Nick Fisher. You can get your ticket here.
Throughout the rest of the event, we’ll be going to as many keynotes, launches and sessions as we can to get a flavour of the direction of mobile in 2018 – where it’s going, and what we need to concentrate on as a business. I’ll post a follow-up blog post here afterwards, so watch this space.
Come and say hi
Equal Experts’ mobile capabilities are well-established and expanding fast. We’re always looking to stay at the cutting edge of the industry so we can shape our own mobile offering accordingly, and are interested to meet anyone who shares the same passion for mobile as we do.
Interested in meeting up? Get in touch with me on Twitter and we’ll take it from there.
Talking of Twitter, I’ll also be tweeting (and retweeting) as Equal Experts throughout the event, so be sure to give us a follow.
See you in Barcelona!
