If you weren’t able to take part, you missed an illuminating discussion on aspects of our engagement with O2 Priority, the telco’s popular loyalty programme (Equal Experts worked on O2 Priority’s back end and built the mobile web app, plus popular native apps on Android and iOS).

Loyalty programmes pose some interesting challenges around the use of data, and during the webinar we shared some of the lessons learned as we solved them – with a little help from MongoDB’s open source database solution.
