Transforming Travelopia’s customer engagement with a bespoke booking system
Travelopia’s Yachts customer booking system was outdated, causing frustration and inefficiencies. Customers delayed submitting their details, and sales teams were bogged down chasing incomplete information, which hindered their ability to drive new sales.
Equal Experts helped Travelopia to understand customer pain points in the process and create a new, user-friendly and GDPR-compliant guest information form. It enables customers to provide and edit their information conveniently and reduces the burden on sales teams.
