How we delivered an Exemplar service for the Home Office


In January 2013, the UK Government began its digital Transformation Programme with a self-imposed mission: to transform 25 key services, “making them digital by default and simpler, clearer and faster to use”.

One of those services was the Visa and Immigration Online Application Service – which Equal Experts was enlisted to develop in collaboration with the Home Office.

With the initial service now live (and already delivering great results) members of the team that delivered it took a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come – and where we still have to go. Watch the video to learn more.
