Home is where the heart is

Sometimes though, the lure of home or of a new challenge in a new country just gets too strong to ignore. Maybe you’re thinking of having kids, or you have them but you want to educate them elsewhere, or maybe you miss the food, the weather or a million other things that we all associate with home. Maybe you want to try living in a new country to experience something completely different. Or maybe you want a bit of certainty at what is a time of uncertainty.

At Equal Experts, we’ve always prided ourselves on being a flexible network, and we mean it. We encourage our employees and associates to experience working in one of our other offices around the world for a short time, and support them if they choose to do that. We’ll also support anyone in our network who has the right to work in one of our other offices – whether in the EU, or further afield in Australia, New Zealand or South Africa – if they decide to take their next career step there.

A growing network

All our global offices are growing. In Australia and New Zealand, for example, our associate network has grown to over 90 in just a year and we’ve gone from one client to four. Our office in Lisbon is also growing fast, working on some great projects with global reach. It’s the same story in our Indian, German and US offices.
