It’s thrilling to be able to look back on a full year of achievement at EE ANZ.

What began as a fact-finding mission soon led to the establishment of EE Australia in Sydney last year. The swift addition of clients in New Zealand means we’ve since swapped the ‘Australia’ for ‘ANZ’.

That name-change is a good indicator for how swiftly things are moving here. From the moment we landed in Australia, and now New Zealand too, we’ve felt we’re among kindred spirits. It’s been genuinely wonderful re-connecting with many people who’ve previously worked with us in the UK, but this sense goes beyond those we already knew. It just feels like the tech community here is a great fit for the ways we work, and our own values.

The numbers, give me the numbers

In one year, EE ANZ has:

• Grown from one client to four;
• Gone from two permanent staff to seven;
• Expanded our Associate network to 90 people (and counting!);
• Worked with other Equal Experts teams in Pune, Bangalore, London, Manchester (with Cape Town being added to that list soon).

To celebrate, we invited the team together to look back on our successes so far, but we don’t want to dwell on the past for long – there’s a lot to look forward to!
