O2’s Priority programme is the most successful customer loyalty scheme in the telco sector – and it’s something Equal Experts is proud to work on, alongside O2.

Customer loyalty programmes pose an interesting challenge; customers want relevant, interesting offers, while the brand wants to learn more about what its customers like (as well as retain their custom!). And through it all, keeping customer data secure is of course paramount.

As fans of the flexibility afforded by open source software, we use MongoDB database software on the Priority project. Now it’s time to share what we’ve learned…
