Launched in 2007, Equal Experts is unlike traditional consultancies. We bring together experienced engineers within a flat structure and give them the autonomy to do the right thing for our customers. We are made up of contractors and permanent staff whose expertise and experience is our big advantage.
Becoming an Equal Experts consultant isn’t easy. We have high standards and a rigorous interview process. Once you join, you’re part of the network for as long as you want – and we’ll do everything we can to keep you. We all share an attitude to work and ways of succeeding that are inspired by our values and team charter.

We look for people with a depth and breadth of experience, the right attitude to get things done and a real desire to help our customers be successful. Most of our people have at least 10 years of experience with a variety of different industries or clients.
Operating a flat structure also allows our people to make the most of their experience, giving teams autonomy in making decisions that are aligned with the way we want to behave and how we work with our customers.
For our clients, this creates better software, developed faster and at a lower cost. For our teams, it makes a working environment with less politics and more freedom to innovate. You are part of an ecosystem that fosters and strengthens careers.
