  • Big Data and Analytics (BD&A):  We are the only supplier approved for all 6 capabilities across data and analytics to all central government departments.

Equal Experts is also an approved provider on several other frameworks in the UK and globally.

Transforming online visa applications for the Home Office

Equal Experts supported the Home Office to replace the paper-based visa application service with a new digital service. The project had two key aims; to deliver a better user experience and adopt new digital ways of working at the Home Office.

The results:

  • 9 months to launch beta and pass stringent Government Digital Services assessment.
  • 85% of user responses felt the new service was easy to use.
  • Scalable to handle more than 3.4 million visa applications each year.
